We will make every effort to resolve any concerns you may have. Nevertheless, given the custom-made nature of our products and the considerable time invested in crafting each wool felted pet, we are unable to process returns. If you wish to make additional modifications, you can return your wool felted pet at your own cost, and we will carry out the requested alterations.

• Submit Your Photo：You may start the process by uploading your favorite photos directly on product page. Our artisan will then review them and confirm with you if any questions. The clearer the photos you provide, the more accurate the likeness of your pet will be. Please refer to our photo guide for the best results.
• Art Creation：Our artisan will begin the process of turning your photo into a masterpiece. They will use their skills and creativity to bring your photo to life. During this process, we will keep you updated on the progress and you can still request changes. This ensures that the final artwork will be exactly as you envision it.
• Final Payment & Shipping：After you’ve confirmed that you’re happy with the final artwork, you’ll pay the remaining balance. Once payment is complete, we will carefully package and ship it directly to your door. Now, all that’s left is to wait for your wool felted friend.
